Both volumes are available at Maritime Books at Liskeard UK.
www.navybooks.com Vol 1 is £32-50 and they are offering Vol 2 for about £16
according to their latest Email to me. Both are excellent reference books with just one or two errors that you can check out on the uboat.net in the errata files.
