<HTML>Hi Ying. I was able to get myself and my dad on board and visit (I made good friends with the navigator) HMCS TORONTO in the summer of 97, on their shakedown \"tour\" (I think it was 97). The navigator introduced us to a few guys on board and they gave us tours of the complete ship. We made it to some areas where we were not supposed to be (I think HEHE). I had to go to work that day but dad was able to ride from Prescott to Cornwall (about 70km on the St. lawrence river, Ontario, Ca) on board the Toronto. and him being the friendly guy he is, was right in the thick of things riding in the bridge standing next to the navigator. At one point the Captain cleared the bridge of all \"guests\" but dad was able to stay as the navigator was showing him some things and he was being quiet and keping out of the way. So needless to say I am very jealous of his ride.
The Navigator even gave me his crew ballcap as a souvenir
