Herr Topps\' address is available through German online directory enquiries. Last October I visited Remagen quite by chance and found myself walking by his house. I could not pluck up the courage to try and make contact after his unfortunate experience at the hands of previous visitors. Personally I think unsolicited visits are an invasion of his privacy so I was quite happy to pass up the opportunity. I can harm whatever in writing to him, he can choose whether to read and/or reply or not.
