Ajax\'s Nervous Breakdown

read the other day that Ajax Bleichrodt suffered a nervous breakdown while on active duty and broadcasted loud and clear that he was passing command onto his number 2.

Donitz could have had him executed\'but due to his previous war record\'gave him ashore posting.

I think it was U-109\'but i\'m not positive.

Can anyone give me more details??
