<HTML>This is probably an easy question to answer, but this is what the forums is all about! Did U-boats get issued an MG-42 (of MG-34 in the early part of the war) for anti-aircraft defense? The MG-42 could spit out something like 1000 rounds per minute, which would make it ideal for u-boat defense.
