MPC asked this question in the WWI forum. I know not everyone goes there so I thought posting the question here would gain some more answers. Maybe some of you Dutch sub/shipping fans may know more (Bram, Visje, Eric, Maurice).

Any information on the ex NL ship SS Marowijne which disappeared 14.8.1915 Gulf of Mexico area (?) ?? I believe she had some deck cargo of drums (They may have contained fuel/gas/lub.oil).
I cant find anything and she may not have been a casualty of war.
Reason for asking..... someones grandfather was serving on board at the time.
