<HTML>Not sure about the street name, but Heder is indeed buried in the Navy hospital lot at "Island Cemetery" in New Port, Rhode Island. I verified this with Mike Henlyshwn at the cemetery per long-distance phone conversation yesterday (a.c 406 -- 846 -- 0432).
There is only one other German grave at this cemetery...an unknown German listed as coming from U-853.
No other record of past German war graves there. German gov't has not requested return of the remains.
I will continue to check around the area for Zube/Hube and Flade.
