Here is a rundown on the financing to date:

US Government $6,750,000
Foundations 1,470,000
Individuals 5,651,094
Corporate 35,000

It is interesting to note the large amount that has come from the contributions of individuals.

Those wishing to support the restoration and exhibit can send their moneys to the Museum of Science & Industry, Chicago, Illinois, USA with the notation the contribution is for the U-505 restoration project.
