I believe the S13 was an enlarged Chuka Class submarine and was one of 16 boats constructed from 1937 onwards.

Displacement: 780 tons
Dimensions: 256/21/13 feet
Armament: 1x4inch; 1x45mm AA; 6x21inch torpedo tubes
Speed: 21knots
