Hello,Inge !
Just back from abroad, I've discovered your post. Being French, I've some ideas , some of them to be confirmed, about U-Bunkers which may be considered as Museums.
Brest, definitely : NO.Lorient-Kéroman,which I have visited 20 years back,at that time was still used by French Navy, but visits were organized at that time.French Navy is out now, but bunker is still there and I think it's still open for visits.
Saint-Nazaire has been completely refurbished in the existing buildings, but there is a museum in U-Boote lock, just in front of the bunker.For La Rochelle, I do not know, but bunker is still there, same thing for Bordeaux,and I think that something has been recently installed.
For your info, link indicated as perso.orange sends you to a very intereresting website, but in french only.
I'll come back with more detailed informations.
