There seems to be 3 actions that repeat are repeated whenever footage of a dive
is shown.

A larger horizontal facing handwheel is turned,
two smaller vertical facing handwheels are turned
and the levers that you mention....

These actions are all pertaining to activating the intake valves,
flooding ballast tanks and opening air outlets.

Don't know exactly what pertains to what.....maybe some other
member will answer on the details.
