Well, I think in the Indian Ocean clip you can see at least two different ships being sunk.

At 04:24 it's apparently a Liberty-class ship.. most likely the ALICE F. PALMER being sunk by U-177 in July 1943 off Madagascar.

At 05:02 you can clearly read the name RADAMES. This ship was sunk by U-103 in May 1941 off Freetown.

The sailing vessel being sunk in the other clip could be the Panamanian LALITA, sunk by U-154 on the same patrol in which they gave 4 torpedoes to U-564.
