Hallo Phileas

NO FAKE. Such photos are known from a lot of german u-boats that operated in souther waters. The two you found showing scenes from U-123. There is an excellent documentation of the BBC about the u-boat war in three parts. In, I believe it was the second one, HARDEGEN is talking about this brake for relax whilst the mission. BTW, the nudies are not gaming, they take a bath on the flooded deck to save the important resources of drinking water.
