Well I would have thought that Den Bla Avis would have at least put her up for sale on E/bay! She would have got more than 1 Euro?
Seriously though it is a shame that she will be cut into three pieces it will destroy the atmosphere that U-534 had when you boarded her in the bow and walked through to the stern. Now looking through a glass window. Destruction beyond belief!
If I had known thats all they wanted I would have set up a charitable trust to save U-534 myself. I don't think this has been approached in the right way why the silence for so long. Surely their must have been more than one interested party which would have saved her intact.
