It's even worse. From the Wikipedia article: "... Admiral Karl Dönitz ... wore a special version in which the wreath as well as the swastika was inlaid with diamonds." Since the one for sale has those diamonds (if they're not made of plain glass, that is), the question is: how many of these were made for The Lion himself. In or after 1957, that is, a period during which he surely had no use for more than one ever.

Besides, the replacement of the swastika area definitely looks badly done. Surely the original would be been designed better.
