Dear Doc,

Click on the "Our Forum Rules" link at the top of the page to see the policy on advertising. What we don't want is a bunch of folks posting adds on our forums. There are hundreds of U-boat related items for sale on ebay and elsewhere at any given moment in time. However an occasional post is allowed and if you use the search engine you will find a few similar posts. We watch them carefully and delete anything we consider excessive though.

This is a history forum and all posts should be made in that spirit. If adds become a problem we will have to forbid them entirely. A good many of our forum visitors already follow ebay daily and don't need a post here to alert them to a new item for sale anyway.
