torpedoe transport

hello all
I've posted a question about the biber's trailer several months ago with very few answers (it seems it's a difficult subject). With those tiny informations I tried to build one in 1/35 in scratch. Today, I need informations about the torpedoes: I saw photos of bibers on their trailers with their 2 torpedoes with or without their warheads,
so what was the usual way of carrying the torpedoes when attached on the biber and when the biber is on his trailer: with or without their warheads?
