<HTML>The book \"Dive Into History, volume ?\" has pictures and sketches of U-1105. When I visited the boat I was told that my visibility of 10 feet made me a lucky guy. Normally the visibility is so bad that wide view photography is nearly impossible. The light level at the bottom of the Potomac River is non-existant below 40\' depth. The brackish water and the rubber coating has left the conning tower and hull in remarkably good shape. The condition of U-1105 is a sharp contrast to U-85 and U-352, both of which have almost all of their exposed casing lost to the elements.</HTML>
