ALOE sunk by U-182: Master Angus Maclennan

As a follow on from my earlier post in regard to British Merchant Seamen lost while held captive onboard U-boats when subsequently lost.

Having checked the CWGC, there is no mention of Captain MacLennan on Tower Hill or recorded as a war casualty from their register. I ran a google search using his name and found reference to his loss on this site [www.collectinghistory.net] and I have also found relevant PoW documents held at Kew for his ship SS ALOE, which I have ordered. The same website site also makes mention of the ships Chief Engineer being taken prisoner. Are there any German records available to substantiate this and are there any Bdu records available on same subject. I am hoping to compile enough evidence to have their names put forward to the CWGC to be added to the roll of honour.
