While I understand the temptation to dive and visit the inside of these war graves. I feel these men have died serving what ever country they fought for and deserve to be left in peace. There is no need to visit them. If you wish to dive a wreck from the war, find one no one died on. There are plenty where this occured. I liken this to digging up a veteran and stealing his uniform, and or just to see him. As far as who owns our dead? The dead, their family, and the country they fought for own them. In that order!
We must remember one thing, these men/ women were cooks, farmers, mailmen, and so on before the war. They had no wish to go to war, but their country called, and they answered. They deserve to be left in peace. We owe them this at the very least.
