Unknow submarine, maybe typ XIV ?

Hello,

Please help me to identifing this submarine:

These pics were found on ebay.
I suppose it is a typ XIV maybe U-488 or U-490 because of the form of the stern of this ship. It look like a typ VII at the end of the stern but it is too large between this stern and the wintergarden. I see also the end of a transport rail for torpedo storage as we can see on the typ IX u-boot. The form of this wintergarden is as on typ IX.
But the typ XIV wasn't fitted with the torpedo rail i saw on a picture of U-462.
