Post War Sinking - today in 1945

In today's Events on this Day, U-218, commanded by Rupprecht Stock sunk HMS Kurd, a minesweeper. Of course, it was accomplished by a mine laid by Stock. Two months after the war, there was likely too much confusion for Stock to have known of his belated victory. I wonder then, and I have looked through the post-war section of this website without success, how many other "sinkings" were accomplished after the surrender. Was this sinking the last?

Thanks,
Gerard
