Hello,
I have a couple of questions about the duties of crewmen aboard type XXIs, namely:
-How many men at a time were on watch in the motor and diesel compartments? Was it like with other U-boats? (Four men on the diesels, three on the motors)
-In the control room, were the dive planes manned at all times? If not who manned them when the boat submerged?
-How many men at a time typically were on watch in the torpedo room?
Thanks in advance,
Luke
