I apologise in advance if you have already tried this. But if you go to the forum thread on Axishistory "U-Boats Unloading on Argentine Coast, 27 July 1945". A direct link is -

Ohrdruf identifies himself as Geoffrey Brooks on page 7 of the topic. You'll need to register on the forum and log in. Then presumably you'll be able to send Ohrdruf a private message. Before doing so I'd recommend reading the entire thread as it is quite a heated debate.

If that doesn't work then try Feuerland at the ubootwaffe.net forum. He posted similar material on the subject a few months ago, and may be your man.
