Sounds like a trick question Alex, the yaw axis in any medium whether water, air or land is determined by numerous factors, the greatest of which is speed. As you increase speed you also increase turning radius, and decreasing speed decreases turning radius, but not necessarily in a linear fashion; in water the force of pressure upon a rudder or a pair of rudders is effected by pressure due to depth, current and many other factors.
