The very least should be German Military representative to oversee the proper
disposition of the remains. There was a German sub off the New Jersey coast
which was dived many times just to determine which Uboat it was, for it was not
where the German Kriegsmarine thought. Often the actual locations are kept secret to prevent disturbance of the site.
