According to Axel Niestle only two boats surrendered to the Canadians - U-190 and U-889. 190 (type 1XC/40) surrendered on 14 May 1945 at Bay Bulls. 889 (also a type 1XC/40) surrendered Shelburne on 13 May 1945. I am sure the insignia will confirm which boat - sadly I do not have that reference material.
