Theoretically:
Capacity of the control room estimated on blueprints (without equipment): 50 m3.
Assuming that when control room flooded, the boat was submerged and all ballast tanks (Tauchzelle 1, 3, 5) were flooded.
Blowing these tanks will be obviously insufficient, but missing buoyancy can be created by blowing fuel-ballast tanks (Tauchbunker 2 and 4 - 49.2 m3) and regulating tanks (Regelzelle and Regelbunker - 23 m3).
But in practice it would be rather impossible, because compressed air manifolds and blowing vents are located in (flooded) control room.
