U-Boat sunk in Baltic and salvaged and Recommissioned

Hi
I am trying to find out the number of the U-Boat that was sunk in the Baltic during ww2(Not sure if during training or by enemy action) that was salvaged and recommissioned? I think the whole original crew were killed. Must have been quite horrible to be the 2nd crew with so many ghosts aboard.
