Then you should try to get a copy of "Weapons of Desperation: German Frogmen and Midget Submarines of the Second World War" written by Lawrence Patterson. You can get it here for example: [www.amazon.com]

The author not only lists the operations of the midget submarines, human torpedoes and combat frogmen, but also explains the high expectations the leadership had in these stop-gap measures to counter the invasion threat and why most of them failed.
