Hi Platon

So FANNY was en route from Cyprus to Egypt when she was sunk? Rohwer list the vessel as FANY and gives her route as from Cyprus to the Lebanon.

In this case it is more likely that she was the sailing vessel claimed by U-565 off the Egpytian coast on 1 August. However, as I am in Kew at the moment I can not check the details of the attack in my files.

Well, it would be nice to have the interrogation report for U-372 but as in the case of U-559 it isn't in ADM 199/806 to 809, so I don't know if there is one for this U-boat.
