Good morning

If it is the U-Boat grid chart 3497 you are referring to, I would now query any right to copyright, but, I could be wrong.

In Jurgen Rohwer’s book Axis Submarine Successes there is a reference to the Library of Contemporary History, Naval Archive.
Perhaps you should try them. They should know.
