Italian torpedo boat Lince and HMS Ultor

On 28 August 1943 the Italian torpedo boat Lince was torpedoed at Point Alice, Ionian coast of Calabria (Southern Italy), by the British U-class submarine Ultor. The vessel had gone aground on the sand and shingle beach. According to Peter Dornan’s book “Diving stations. The story of Captain George Hunt & the Ultor” one torpedo was released and raced towards the target but official documents coming from the Italian Navy affirm that the vessel was hit by a couple of torpedoes. What is the truth? Can anyone be so kind and provide me with HMS Ultor’s operational book that refers to August 1943?
