Call between 9-12 German time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Note that it is common to have to wait months to get a reply from archives all over the world. As I pointed out in my other post the Archiv may be closed right now. Your best bet is to get a friend who speaks German to call them in case whoever answers thew phone doesn't speak English. They don't take orders over the phone either but you can inquire as to the status of the order you mailed them. It won't get your order to you any faster though, it is first come first served and there are probably a numbers of inquiries ahead of yours. They stay very busy.
