Yes, U-124 was attacked by HMS Clyde on 17 October, 1940. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
Since there were many attacks -- under different conditions and in varied locations -- between Allied submaries and U-boots, Vichy French, Italian, and Japanese submarines, I was trying to provide a list to give the OP a basis to start looking. I regret any errors, but my list was not meant to be complete or to provide all details. I hope that the OP and others interested will look at the excellent information on this website.

(Also, almost as many British submarines were sunk by British submarines as by U-boots but that's another discussion!)
