<HTML> Maine as I recall is not many Nautical miles from Nova scotia?I dont find it implausible that The event could have happened. Also, I recall much Merchant traffic when I have been to Portland Maine.It was and is a busy port. I guess its the same one referred to near the Bath Iron Works.Near Yarmouth and Freeport.With no blackout, then anyone could navigate even a difficult coastline such as this one, and pop up for a looksee.</HTML>
