Italian equivalent of this website ?

Hello everyone

I am specifically trying to find a researcher who specialises in the subject of the Italian submarine fleet during WW2.

I have two thoughts on how to progress, first, find out whether there is an Italian equivalent of this website and leave a post there and second ask people here on the off chance that they know of an Italian I can contact ????
