Hello Lio

Otto Niethmann on 09.07.1942 received the U-Boots-Kriegsabzeichen 1939 after having completed two patrols.

2. WO "U 373" [Kdt: Loeser] / 3. U-Flottille, La Pallice. Das Boot abgebrochen Ein Feindfahrten durch technischer Ausfall und Rückkehr zum La Pallice nach 2 Seetage. Zwei Feindfahrten, 100 Seetage. (2nd Watch Officer. The boat aborted one patrol and was forced to return with technical failure, 2 days. Completed two war patrols, 100 days at sea.)
