SS Volendam and U-60 any info at all please, danka

I am trying to put together information on the torpedoing of the SS Volendam by the U-60 on 30.08.1940 I have found a lot on the internet, but very few names, My interest is because my Father and 3 of my uncles were among the evacuees. Robert Maunder, John Maunder Ken Maunder and David Maunder. So any names or general information on the crew or relatives of the ship or Uboat or other evacuees would be great
