John,
U 105 was inward bound. On 08-02-1943 in CF2567 (U 105) received a message from BDU to take on KPTLT. Ing. Grade from U 183 (outward bound to Carribbean). Transfer between the boats took place on 10-02-1943 in CF2316 at 0116.
I have no info if this was a swap-out of LI's from one boat to the other or the reasons for the swap.
The original KTB for either boat would probably have more specific info.
