04/10/19411-04/07/1942 WO-Schüler "U 109" [Kdt: Bleichrodt] / 2. U-Flottille, Lorient. Drei Feindfahrten, 175 Seetage. (Midshipman under Watch Officer Sea Training. Three war patrols, 175 days at sea.)
