The missing subs.........crazy question?

Ive been a fan of uboat.net for a long time but am new to the forums and am a huge uboat fan. Something ive been thinking for a long time now, I don't consider myself a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, but does anybody think it's possible that one of the "missing" uboats could be still floating somewhere in a hidden cave or cove somewhere because her captain couldn't put up with Hitlers ideals anymore and said enough is enough and abandoned her and he and her crew lived out their lives in a neutral country at least till after the war? i know, crazy, but these are the kind of things my brain comes up with! thanks for listening
