Living conditions are the same on all diesel submarines. Because of the energy and the small place for all things you must have in a figther ship.
The problem goes over with nuk submarines. The energy is without limits, so you have no problem with water (shower, cooking,......) and breathing air , and propulsion power.
Otherwise, the size of nuclear heater make larger submarines so more place for crew. (One bunk by man, sporting room...); The only limit is endurance and bearing of crew.
