According to Moller and Brack the Type UB111, numbered UB 60 to UB71, UB75 to UB79, UB88 to UB99 and UB103 to UB117 each had two six cylinder MAN S6V35/35 diesel engines totalling 1100hp. Some quoted as MAN-VULCAN

Other numbers are reported to have had Korting, Daimler or Benz engines
