jliller,
The British facility (as you might know) was the Command Plotting Room in the Headquarters Of The Western Approaches (WAC) located at Derby House, Liverpool. It's counterpart across the pond was on Constitution Ave. in Washington, DC at the Old Munitions Building - "Main Navy", Section F-21, Tracking Room. This structure was torn down in 1960.
