Dear John,

If you look carefully, you will find the answer to your question in the Admiralty War Diary for May and June 1945 (TNA Kew files ADM 199/2317,2318,etc)

Alternatively, I suggest that join The World Ship Society, where you will also find all the information that you are looking for in the back numbers of their excellent quarterly journal "Warships".
