SS Vega

I would be grateful for information about the Swedish ship, the SS Vega being used for a torpedo training target. My late father told me that he had manned an AA gun on this ship when the training was taking place. Russian spy planes would try to fly over, and he would fire some rounds to keep them away.

As far as I know, this was at Pillau,after January 1944.
