Hello Chris,

If you are interested, I have copies of Italian documents concerning the sinking of P48. Although it is almost certain that she was sunk by the Italian torpedo-boat ARDENTE, there is always the possibility that she survived the attack only to be mined later. There was an Italian minefield about 10 miles to the east of ARDENTE's attack.
