Vessel identity

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could ID the type of vessel in the linked eBay auction. It was active in the Channel during the summer of 1940. Even better, is anyone able to ID the boat, or know of a forum more appropriate to this question?

Alternatively, can anyone let me know what surface units were stationed in the Pas de Calais area during this period. Many thanks in advance for any and all help on this odd request
