Hello Derek,

yes, I reed the book in question. Have found some funny errors (partly pure fantasy as the story of the death of the admiral Kieseritzky). But as a start step his book is good, and well written.
It seems the author using the on-line available KTBs such as KTB Skl and the English translation of the same KTB and some other.

Apparently we haven't the published books about the subject.
